RETURNS (FIREARMS)

If for any reason the firearm needs to be returned to Sbardella Arms Inc., you must contact us prior to shipping. You will be provided with an RMA # and shipping instruction. When shipping please only include the firearm or any part that needs to be reviewed by Sbardella Arms Inc. DO NOT include any ammunition or accessories with shipment.

RETURNS (PARTS/MERCHANDISE/APPAREL/ACCESSORIES)

Sbardella Arms Inc. will not accept returns of any items that have been improperly used or abused. Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Returns are accepted on new/unused/unaltered merchandise in original packaging for a period of 30 days from the ship date. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for returned merchandise.
